The CPC-line is characterised by its elegant but robust and stable build, which makes the CPC-line extremely suited for all occurring production processes in the pharmaceutical and food processing industry.
Ultra clean
All liquid touching parts of the CPC pumps are compliant with the relevant standards. The open impellers are provided with pressure relief holes, which at the same time ensure an optimal cleaning of the shaft seal and the seal chamber. The impeller is ‘dry’ mounted to the shaft by means of O-rings. The applied O-ring constructions are designed to minimise the liquid contact and at the same time to provide an optimal cleaning of the contact faces.
Efficiency
The CPC-line is designed with narrow gaps, combined with high quality impellers this ensures very favourable efficiencies.

The Pomac CP-AGF program comprises a range of stainless steel pumps, suited to pump potatoes, vegetables and fruits, without damaging them.
The pumps can be supplied with a one-channel or a two-channel impeller. The impeller hub is mounted directly to the motor shaft, this results in a minimal overhang and a short build. The impeller can easily be removed without dismantling the pump casing.
The pump casing is provided with inspection covers, which permits inspection of the pump’s interior without prior dismounting and disassembling it.

The stainless steel PSVP defoaming pumps are capable of pumping foaming slurries during the starch production process.
A special internal contruction enables transporting slurries containing air or foam. First the liquid is de-aired and defoamed in the so-called defoaming compartment. Subsequently, the liquid enters the pump casing via guide-blades where it is pumped away.
If the liquid contains fibres as well as foam, a spiral screw can be fitted onto the product impeller
